These cast medallions are made from zinc alloy casting metal and provide a quality item regardless of budget. Available in many sizes up to 90mm diameter and finishes this cast style medallion offers very creative scope for unique shape and design. Whilst not quite the standard of dies struck medals our cast medals set the industry benchmark for quality, high definition and value for money without threatening the final product quality. Minimum Quantity:
There is no minimum quantity, however a die cost is involved which ranges upwards from $250.00 for initial set up.
Sizes:
The maximum size for a cast medallion is 90mm. The standard thickness is 3mm. 4mm and 5mm are also available.
Finishes:
Gold, Silver Nickel and Bronze plating are the standard base finishes. From here you can have polished, satin, polished over frost, antique effect and colour inclusion.
Production Time: 3-6 weeks from sign off of artwork.
